Support
Your WWIN account allows you to manage all important options. Once you log in, you can:
- view your account balance,
- deposit and withdraw funds,
- track your tickets and transaction/request history
- update personal details and basic profile settings
After logging in, you can change your password at any time. Click on your account, then select the “Change password” option. Enter your old and new password, repeat the new password, and click “Save changes”.
Your password should contain uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number, and one special character. We recommend changing your password regularly.
- Incorrect password during login
If you enter the wrong password more than 6 times, login will be temporarily blocked for 5 minutes. During that period, it will not be possible to access your account. After 5 minutes, you can:
- try logging in again with the correct password
- or request a new password through the “Forgot credentials” option
If you continue entering the wrong password after the first block, your account will be blocked for 30 minutes.
- Forgotten password
By clicking the "Forgot credentials" option, you can enter your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail with a code and instructions for setting a new password.
This option allows you to temporarily restrict your account and choose the duration of the restriction. During that period, you will not be able to place bets or use betting services. Once the selected period expires, your account will be activated again when you log in. WWIN allows you to restrict your account for:
- 24 hours
- 1 week
- 1 month
If you want to permanently delete your account, please contact customer support and provide your first and last name along with the details used during registration.
The retention period for your data starts from the day you submit the account deletion request. After 10 years, the data will be permanently deleted in accordance with personal data protection regulations. This applies to all users who submit a request for account closure and deletion.
The ten-year period is counted from:
- the day of user identification for users without transactions or
- the date of the last completed transaction for users who verified their account and had transactions.
